Piovan offers a complete range of crystallisers, to perform the material preparation process before the injection moulding or extrusion stage.


They are specifically developed to guarantee homogeneous crystallisation, without any risk of sticking or bridging. Good crystallisation allows optimisation and simplification of the drying phase, without the risk of material degradation and the possibility of recovering high percentages of regrind.

Gravimetric mixer dosers

Piovan gravimetric mixers are available in various configurations and can dose up to 8 materials in pellets and for outputs from 30 to 1800 kg/h.

The units include a microprocessor control system with 7-inch touch screen. Up to two dosing stations can be used and can be configured from 0.20 to 170 kg/h.

Dryers and Hot air Dryers. Flexibility, precision and simplicity of use. For hot air drying or with dry air supply of plastic materials and with process temperatures adjustable up to a maximum of 160°C (200°C in the HT version).
